1. Measure and Watch Your Weight 

The first step in losing weight is to keep a check on your weight regularly. Make sure that it does increase. To control your weight start eating healthy food including fruits, vegetables etc as they are sufficient in nutrients but have low calories. To decrease weight invest time in exercising. Take out some time for it. So keep a check whether the weight is increasing or decreasing.
